Cause I'm insane, yo... [info]fanfic100

In order to prompt myself to actually finish/produce more fic, I've signed up for the [info]fanfic100 challenge. It's pretty simple, there are 100 short prompts, you've got to write 100 stories with at least 100 words each. Goal is to finish by the end of the year. I chose Over There... I know, contain your excitement. ;)

Good luck! I was SO tempted to sign up for that, but I'm getting ready to do NaNoWriMo, and I'm crazy, but not that crazy. You know, I can't stand Eric Palladino, so I'm really leery about watching the show, but I do read your and [info]meyerlemon's fic about Over There. Somehow I suspect it's better than the show. 8D

Dude, eric paladino's scream is so 180 degrees different than Dr. Dave, and I really didn't like that character on ER. But... sigh.

but if you don't like, you don't like. ;) It's always an honor when people like my fic who don't watch the show so... thank you ;) and I look forward to your thoughts on some of the stories.

And the fanfic100 feels kind of like nanowrimo, but for ADD people like me.

Of course, those of us addicted to crack that is K/L goodness don't read it for the marketing value ;)

BTW, your little soldier show will be visited upon my family members this weekend for thanksgiving. Good turkey-eating fare, don't you think?? :D

I know my dad will enjoy it. Of course I'm still looking for the continuation of the nun-pr0n. Did I miss it somewhere along the line?

My excitement over this is so not containable!

I must friend you immediately so I am certain not to miss any of these (if that's okay with you...).

I'm still not done squeeing over "Orphans", and I really should be getting on to other things today.

:-) Thanks--I'll get to that right now.

I just love this show...I'm consistently thinking (based on previews) that the plots are looking rather borrowed (like "3 Kings" and "Tears of the Sun"), but then they take totally their own twists and turn out to be at least largely about something you never would have guessed in advance. It's really a much better written show than I think it's given credit for. And I'll shut up now because I don't want to spoil anyone who hasn't seen it yet.

Love all your Over There, fics, you definately have a talent for writing.
In 1 post here you said there was going to be a Scream!dad......I can't find the fic, could you tell me where it is?
And if you haven't finished it yet, *hurry* the suspense is killing me!
Love Over There, and Scream is my fav *drool*
